為協助本校教師及博士生順利銜接職涯發展，並凝聚校內共識，教務處特邀請專家學者與年輕學者共聚交流，打造教學知能分享與跨域學習之平台。活動將由專家學者分享高等教育相關經驗，並透過分組交流，引導與會教師就EMI、教學實務、研究推進及職涯發展等議題，深入交流心路歷程與實務觀點。另結合晚宴活動，在知性與感性兼具的氛圍中，促進年輕學者與資深教師對話，拓展跨領域合作契機，並支持其持續成長。

To support the career development of NSYSU faculty members and PhD students while fostering consensus, the Office of Academic Affairs hosts the NSYSU Young Scholar Conference. This event serves as a platform for experts and young scholars to engage in meaningful discussions, exchange teaching expertise, and promote interdisciplinary learning. Experts will lead the event by sharing their experiences in higher education, followed by group discussions where faculty members explore topics such as EMI, teaching, research, and career development. As these discussions occur during the banquet, participants can engage with senior faculty in an intellectually stimulating and emotionally enriching atmosphere that fosters interdisciplinary collaboration and personal growth.
