一、本校與高雄醫學大學締結「攻頂大學聯盟」，為協助新進教師能有效進行教學工作，強化教學發展與研究能力，並達成兩校資源共享、強化兩校教師之情誼，兩校輪流辦理新進教師研習營，今年主辦學校為本校。

二、近來兩校外籍教師逐年增多，並配合2030年打造雙語國家之政策目標，同時開放兩校本國及外籍新進外籍教師參與，議程內容採英文方式進行。

三、時間：114年8月26日(星期二)。

四、地點：本校圖資大樓11樓雷科廳。

五、對象：本校與高雄醫學大學近一年（113年8月後到校）之本國及外籍新進教師、或近三年（111年8月後到校）者以尚未參與為優先。

1. To strengthen teaching and research capabilities of newly recruited faculty and to promote resource sharing and collaboration between the two institutions, National Sun Yat-sen University (NSYSU) and Kaohsiung Medical University (KMU) have established the "NSYSU-KMU Aim-for-the-Top Alliance."
2. As part of this initiative, the two universities take turns organizing an Orientation Workshop for New Faculty. This year, NSYSU will serve as the host institution. In response to the increasing number of international faculty members at both universities in recent years, and in alignment with the 2030 Bilingual Nation policy, the workshop will be open to both local and international new faculty members from NSYSU and KMU. All sessions will be conducted in English.
3. Date: Tuesday, August 26, 2025.
4. Venue: Lasertek International Conference Hall, 11th Floor, Info-Library Building, NSYSU.
5. Participants: Newly recruited local or international faculty members from NSYSU and KMU who joined the universities within the past year (since August 2024), or those who joined within the past three years (since August 2022) but have not previously participated in this workshop.
