個人申請報名時間：
第一梯次：2023年10月16日~11月15日
第二梯次：2024年5月18日~6月17日
School Recommendation Application Period: September 18, 2023 – October 15, 2023
Individual Application Periods:
First Round: October 16, 2023 – November 15, 2023
Second Round: May 18, 2024 – June 17, 2024
